These terms govern access to and use of New Olfactory Worlds, a fragrance foresight project published by We Out Wow. By purchasing Full Access or browsing the free sections, you agree to the terms below.
01
what you’re buying
Full Access is a one-time purchase that unlocks the complete signal database, extended cultural shifts, all three scenarios, and the Opportunity Zones. It is not a subscription: access does not expire and you will not be billed again.
02
account & access
Full Access is a personal licence for one named person, tied to the email account used at checkout. Sharing login credentials is not permitted. Team and enterprise licences are available separately by contacting hello@weoutwow.com. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used in breach of this clause.
03
payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR. VAT is not applicable, [art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI)]. We do not store your card details.
04
right of withdrawal & refunds
Full Access is digital content supplied immediately after payment. By ticking the dedicated box at checkout, you expressly ask for access to start straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access is granted, as provided by Article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation. If you have not had access, or access fails because of a technical problem on our side, write to hello@weoutwow.com and we will fix it or refund you.
05
intellectual property
All research, writing, data visualisations and scenario content are the property of We Out Wow. Full Access grants a personal, non-transferable licence to read and reference the content for your own use. It does not allow you to republish, resell or redistribute it, to share it with others, or to use it in client work, decks or presentations, unless agreed in writing.
06
liability
New Olfactory Worlds is a foresight project intended to inform strategic thinking, not a guarantee of future market outcomes. We Out Wow cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of this content.
07
governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
